TIME CAPSULE QUESTIONNAIRE
This is a questionnaire you are to fill out and seal until a later date
(I recommend during your last year of High School)
♢ Discuss why we should do a time capsule. Purpose?
♢ Fill out the questionnaire. Be as honest and detailed as you can.
♢ Create an envelope from A4 paper
♢ Put the date on the envelope that you should open it.
♢ Design the envelope in a way that you can distinguish it from other ones
♢ Take it home and put it somewhere safe (no one else needs to see these)
